Adriana, an engineer by training, embarked on a transformative journey a decade ago when she left her native Romania for the vibrant tapestry of New York City. While building a new life, she discovered her true calling in the world of hospitality, where her fascination with cocktails and wine ignited. Eager to deepen her knowledge, Adriana enrolled in the International Wine Center, culminating in her graduation with the prestigious WSET Diploma in Wine.


Following a captivating eleven-month stint in Paris, she earned a Master's degree in Wine & Hospitality Management, honing her business acumen in the wine industry. Freshly returned to New York she ultimately found out she had just been accepted into the highly coveted Master of Wine program from which a new study adventure awaits.


Drawing from her experiences as a head bartender and sommelier in Manhattan, Adriana now focuses on wine education and curating collections for private collectors. She has also launched her own e-commerce platform to share her favorite wine producers with enthusiasts.


Throughout her wine-tasting journey, Adriana has developed a profound affinity for Champagne, which remains her top choice. Her unwavering passion continues to inspire others to explore the fascinating world of wine with her.
