Delivery

For orders in the New York City metro and surrounding areas, we work with local messenger companies to provide a white-glove delivery service.

 

Customers can expect to be contacted directly by the courier to confirm a delivery time.

Shipping

For orders outside of the NYC delivery area, we utilize UPS and provide tracking number(s) upon tender of the shipment.

 

For orders outside of NY State, please email us, or we will contact you as shipping laws differ from state to state.

At the time of purchase, the website will provide the the available delivery & shipping options, and the associated cost.

Please read our policies below:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and receive wine. All deliveries require an adult signature.
  • During extreme weather, we will gladly hold your purchases until we can ensure safer travel. If you opt to have your order shipped during extreme weather, we cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your merchandise upon delivery.
  • For local deliveries via messenger, if no one is available to accept your shipment, you may be subject to a $20 charge for re-delivery. For orders sent via UPS or FedEx, if no one is available to accept your shipment, you may be liable for the costs to reship the order.
  • For orders being shipped outside New York State, title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes to the buyer in New York State. Therefore, New York State sales tax is applied to your order.
  • By emailing us and paying additional fee, you can insure your delivery/shipment. This will cover loss or breakage. By not doing this, you relieve us of any and all responsibility for breakage or loss of your order.
